Kelly Memorial Food Pantry
The mission of the Kelly Memorial Food Pantry is to fight against hunger in the El Paso community by providing its residents with resources they need such as food.
The Kelly Memorial Food Pantry is operated by all volunteers from Trinity-First and other local churches in the El Paso community who want to help those in need of food assistance .
The Kelly Memorial Food Pantry began in 2001 through a memorial gift from its namesake, Bob Kelly. The food pantry began in the basement of Trinity- First United Methodist Church serving clients in the area immediately surrounding the church on the first and third Saturday of the month. With time, the need of the pantry grew. With more than 4,500 families, which is over 13,000 individuals being assisted each year, the pantry was moved to its new location at 915 N. Florence, still in the Heart of El Paso to ensure that El Paso residents are continuously not going hungry. With a Heart for El Paso, Kelly Memorial Food Pantry and its partnership with El Pasoans Fighting Hunger and Feeding America, united strives to improve the ability of families to gain nourishment through hard times by supplying food boxes monthly.

Jardin de Milagros
Jardin de Milagros is an outreach Ministry designed to furnish healthy, garden fresh vegetables to those who don’t have enough to eat. The garden operates in conjunction with and in support of the Kelly Memorial Food Pantry. The Kelly Memorial Food Pantry distributes in excess of 1 million pounds of food annually to hungry, food-insecure people in El Paso and gets most of its food from the Food Bank in El Paso.
To operate the garden, it costs a good deal of money to pay for seeds, labor, fuel, fertilizer, utilities, equipment repairs, tool, and so much more. Donations to support the garden is your way to helping others in need. If you would like to donate or volunteer please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Hobson’s. Jerry (915) 867- 3371 or Susie (915) 497- 8755. Donations can also be made to Kelly Memorial Food Pantry with a notation for the Jardin de Milagro so that those donations will go to the farm.
Downtown Church Connection
Trinity-First United Methodist Church is proud to take part in a El Paso wide ministry called the Downtown Church Connection. Local downtown churches and non-profit organizations take part in this ministry to meet community needs in the downtown area. The Downtown Church Connection allows churches to come together to raise awareness, spread information, and connect the community to needs, events, and much more. If you would like to be a part of the Downtown Church connection or want to be a representative for our church, please call (915) 533-2674.
TFUMC mission to serve includes serving locally and in other countries. Our missions revolve around giving, helping, sharing, sending, and praying to those who have lost hope due to hardships that may have crossed their paths. We support and provide relief due to natural disasters, hunger, and medical insufficiencies. When you donate to the Congo Mission, you are helping children and adults receive vaccinations and health checkups. If you are interested in taking part of the Congo Mission or would like to donate to the Congo Mission, please contact the church office at (915) 533-2674 or email us at email@example.com.
